Whole Petal Leaves Flower : Natural Roselle Hibiscus Flower Tea.(Loose) Packed in Tin Can

Packed : 50 g Loose Whole Flower in Tin Can

“Hibiscus Petals produce a rich red "tea" when infused in water.

Hibiscus Tea is made from the red petals of the Hibiscus flower. The petals have been used for centuries as a food and a drink because of their delicious taste and their benefits to health.

Hibiscus is a striking ruby red colour with a strong, sour-fruit aroma. Containing useful vitamins too, it is a super way to stay revived and refreshed throughout the day. It is popular in many countries including my country, Thailand.
The deep red petals, steeped in boiling water, make a deliciously fruity and aromatic brew. It can be drunk straight away, when it will be sharp, acidic and refreshing with a sour-fruit flavour. You can also add sugar to it, which softens the sharpness and makes a delicious, comforting drink. in winter, try it with ginger, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon, like they do in Panama. In summer, drink it chilled on ice, as a long, refreshing afternoon drink. Later in the day (exactly how much later is up to you), you can use it as the base for a delicious cocktail.

Hibiscus has many reported health benefits, some of which have been studied and some of which are purely traditional.

Health Benefits:

- Good Source of Anti-Oxidants
- Helps Control Cholesterol
- Reduces Blood Pressure
- Rich in Vitamin C For Used as a supplement release Coughs and Colds

To brew, use one teabag per person in a mug or warmed pot. Brew for 2-3 minutes or as long as you like if you want a stronger infusion. Add sugar and spices if desired. Do not add milk. Can be served chilled as a delicious summer drink.
